School Bus Transportation

At Adarsh Sanskar Vidyalaya, we provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation facilities to ensure a smooth daily commute for our students. Our transport services are planned with care, keeping student safety, punctuality, and convenience at the forefront. We aim to provide parents with peace of mind while their children travel to and from school.

Transport Rules

(a) Route & Safety Criteria

  1. For the safety and security of students, buses will operate only on suitable and approved routes.
  2. Buses will avoid:
    • Narrow roads and lanes
    • Heavily crowded or congested areas
    • Unsafe or difficult-to-access locations
  3. School buses will not make unnecessary U-turns or reverse at unsafe locations.
  4. Buses will follow traffic rules and approved routes at all times.
  5. The school reserves the right to modify routes or bus stops considering safety and operational requirements.

(b) Bus Rules

  1. Transportation facility is provided for the academic session. If the facility is discontinued during the session, applicable transport charges may remain payable as per school policy.
  2. Parents/guardians are responsible for bringing the child to the designated bus stop and receiving the child at the scheduled drop-off point.
  3. Students must reach the assigned bus stop 5–10 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
  4. The bus will stop only at the designated and approved bus stops.
  5. Students who arrive late may miss the bus and will be responsible for reaching school through their own arrangements.
  6. For safety reasons, students who miss their assigned bus will not be picked up from another stop.
  7. If a parent/guardian is not available at the designated drop-off point, the child may be brought back to school for safety.
  8. Parents/guardians are not permitted to enter the school bus unless specifically authorized by the school.
  9. Students must remain seated while the bus is moving and follow the instructions of the driver and attendant.
  10. Students should maintain discipline and avoid shouting, pushing, standing, or disturbing the driver while the bus is in motion.
  11. Students must not put their hands, head, or belongings outside the bus windows.
  12. Parents should not ask the driver to stop at unauthorized locations or allow the child to board/alight at places other than the designated stop.
  13. Parents/guardians should not overtake or stop the school bus to allow their child to board, as this may compromise student safety.
  14. Any transportation-related suggestions or complaints should be communicated to the School Transport In-charge rather than directly instructing the driver or bus attendant.
  15. Students are expected to treat the driver, attendant, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.

Features :

  • All school buses plying to V.S.S. are controlled under GPS tracking and CCTV monitoring.
  • Our buses are equipped with First aid kit and Fire extinguisher.
  • It will be point to pick up/ drop system.
  • High maintenance of vehicle due to exorbitant increase in cost of spare parts, lubricants electrical suppliers,tyres etc.
  • Insurance premium increased by 50% and also increase in road tax.
  • We ensure individual seating for all students.
  • Well experienced drivers and well trained lady attenders in every bus.
